Our approach

To devise innovative solutions that are connected and in-tune with visitors, we’ve developed a cutting-edge “design thinking” methodology that guides us through the customer experience in three main steps.


Identifying the target audiences

First, we identify our key targets and create portraits to get a better grasp of their mindsets, behaviours, and pinpoint their needs.
We take a walk in their shoes.
Who are they? What are they looking for? Where are they coming from? How do they act and react? From there, we generate profiles.


Creating a unique customer experience

Next, we build on the knowledge we’ve gained about our visitors to design the experience. To heighten our perspective, we recognize best practices, and identify the most relevant innovations to enhance the promise of a space and elevate the brand.
From here we monitor global trends with access to specialized studies and best practices.
This is where digitization, with a connection to human reality, comes into play. We use digital to nurture the physical experience of the visitor, augment loyalty and offer optimized services.


Designing the journey

We then create a mapping in which we define every point of physical and digital contact pertaining to the project and clientele in order to ensure optimal integration, and enable the environment with an entirely fluid experience punctuated by totally memorable moments along the way.
