To celebrate the launch of the first VINCI Energies Academy in Québec and the Omexom Institute, TCI+ and SGM orchestrated an event strategy consisting of three stages. 

In June, a welcoming event dedicated to employees brought the teams together, presented the training offer, and strengthened the feeling of belonging to VINCI Energies. 

In September, 150 business partners and elected officials were received to discover the training workshops during an immersive tour accompanied by a cocktail dinner. A valet parking service and the greeting from our Gustave ambassadors enriched this experience, illustrating the excellence and scope of TCI+ in supporting Quebec’s energy ambitions. 

Lastly, 40 executives from VINCI’s executive committee attended an exclusive breakfast in October, taking full measure of the group’s progress in Canada. 

Every detail, orchestrated by SGM, has positioned the Academy and the Institute as models in innovation and training.
