Customer experience in the new normal
SGM has the great privilege to work on three customer experience projects that will shape the future of major centres: Allied, Complexe Desjardins (as shown above) and Royalmount.
ALLIED
We are pleased to partner with Allied to define the office experience of tomorrow. The Toronto-based company is present in Canada’s main urban centres with a portfolio of landmark buildings, including Nordelec, 700 De La Gauchetière West and the Montreal World Trade Centre.
COMPLEXE DESJARDINS
In normal times, Complexe Desjardins, a true Montréal microcosm, is frequented by thousands of workers, people in transit, locals from the area and tourists, families and friends who come to take in one of the many year-round festivals. To reimagine the food court, Desjardins, SGM and Régis Côté designed a space that celebrates the pleasures of eating, art and culture, with different moods and a food offering that evolves to match the different moments of the day. The new brand image is warm and inclusive, and we’re eager to share it with you.
ROYALMOUNT
Carbonleo and LVHM Group have set the bar high to create an eco-innovative neighbourhood.
Our expertise in trend monitoring and in-depth customer knowledge convinced the developers to bring us on board. The SGM team will be rethinking and mapping out the experience of this major destination. The project is unparalleled, with technology seamlessly integrated throughout the site. There’s no question: Royalmount is set to redefine the customer experience in Québec.
The future is phygital
Customer experience is at the heart of post-COVID strategies in anticipation of the next phase, and SGM has innovative solutions that will allow organizations to stand apart. It’s an ideal time to rethink how we want to recreate our living and work spaces. In this coming new world, phygital will play a key role in designing completely new paths. The use of technology and personalized services in physical spaces will represent a huge leap forward.
