For over five years, we have been working alongside the Complexe Desjardins team on-site at their offices. A collaboration that touches on every sphere of the centre’s marketing strategy.
We analyze diverse clientele groups—office tower workers, area residents and local and international tourists visiting the Quartier des spectacles—in order to give them even more reasons to visit and take advantage of Complexe Desjardins’s offering. Inside, we create personalized customer experiences and innovative pop-up stores, and leverage the digital ecosystem to provide easier movement and optimize the time each visitor spends at the Centre. From one season to the next, we also design highly engaging multiplatform ad campaigns.
Together, we enrich and challenge the thinking on the evolution of the commercial mix.
